Returns & Refunds

All of my yarns are hand dyed to order, which means each skein is created especially for you. Because of this, I generally do not accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind. Please take care when choosing your colourways and bases — and if you’d like advice before ordering, I’m always happy to help.


If there’s a problem with your order

Your happiness matters to me. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work out a solution together.


When returns are accepted

If we agree that a return is the best option, please note:

  • Yarn must be returned unused, in its original condition, and within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to an error on my part.
  • Once I receive and check the item, I’ll issue a refund for the yarn. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Custom orders
  • Mystery boxes
  • Sale items (unless faulty)
